Maniac Mya

This little Monkey is a Maniac! Luckily she is also very cute!

Her messes continue...some days less messy than others, some she is actually a little cleaner and helps me a lot, but most days Mya make disaster after disaster! She has dumped powdered laundry detergent all over the laundry room and tracked it out into the hall, dragged all the dirty socks out from their neat pile in the laundry room & distributed them throughout every room upstairs!, scattered dvd's all over the living room, and the list goes on. Some days are much worse than others. On a regular basis she'll find random objects from around the house and then go throw them in my bath tub! One day I had a tape measure, 2 different socks, a book, 3 little cars, an empty bottle and I dunno, maybe that was it. Still, so annoying to always have to clean out my tub before giving her a bath!

She is also a climber and it is scary! I dozed off the other afternoon and woke up to her yelling in a panicky kind of way. I jumped up to find her clinging to the 2nd & 3rd shelf of the hutch on top of our computer desk. She was climbing up it and couldn't get back down!! The scary part- it is not secure at all! She could have pulled the whole thing over and been crushed!! ;(
Mya is also learning to SHOW OFF. It is the funniest thing. If she accidentally does something to make us laugh, its like giving her a clue to step it up a notch! She spin in circles giggling at the top of her lungs making us laugh, until she tips over. Then she laughs harder. She thinks everything is funny...including gas! Who knew at such a young age they already know farting is funny! :) She laughs at her OWN farts & burps...its hilarious! Jonathan couldn't believe when she farted loud and then busted out laughing at herself. LOL Oh Goodness, she keeps us laughing that's for sure!

Mya is finally eating real people food more. For a while there, we were between baby food and people food and she didn't like either and would eat almost nothing besides milk and crackers. She know loves the kid junk like hotdogs, chicken nuggets, mac & cheese and she is actually willing to try most things we eat for dinner. AND she will finally eat fruit. For the longest time she has hated fruit, like dry-heaved hated it. No clue why?! But she likes it now....

Mya's words are expanding and she is babbling non-stop. I think she is going to be a chatter box like her sister & mom. :) She is talking WAY more than Noah was at this age! Lets face it, she is talking more now that Noah was at age 3!! LOL

Anyway, we love our cute little bug and love to watch her play. If you couldn't tell, she is loving dress up lately!
