Growing Bubba!

One month old was in the hospital still and while I was tempted to go & take our 1 month picture- that WAS during all the drama & threats....so sadly, I don't have that.  But here is cute lil' Bubba at 2 months old.  He was already 14 lbs and all smiles.

In a flash, we were at 3 months old on Valentines Day! Time has been flying by with how busy our lives have been.  We had a visit at child haven with his mom/dad that day and they brought him a cute fuzzy bear.  He is one huge BUBBA now....17 lbs and growing!!

He is all smiles all the time...rarely crying unless you really put off his feeding time or ignore him for too long.  But he is very patient and gives you plenty of heads up (with grunting & fussing) before he actually cries. He is cooing & gurgling a lot and love to have conversations!  We've even had our 1st laugh or two our of him.  Even though they don't get to spend much time together, when Jonathan is home Bubba just stares at him! Its the cutest thing.....   If only I knew what his little mind was thinking.   We all just love him and enjoy having him around.  Mya is getting very protective of him and loves to be "in charge" when it comes to her "bubba bubba"!

Isaiah will be having surgery this next Tuesday, February 26th.  He needs to be circumcised and its too late to do it in office, but also needs some corrective work.  His hole is off to the side and the whole "shaft" of it is twisted.  Creating quite the ugly penis.  ;)  Glad its something they can fix!!  It will be a one hour surgery and yes, I'll be chilling in the waiting room with mom/dad.  Awesome :(
