Halloween at School

Thursday, October 28 was the Elementary's Costume Parade and classroom parties. All parents are invited to circle the playground as all classes come out and parade around showing off their costumes. Jonathan was off work by the time it started so he was able to join me. As usual we were running late, so I was glad they made a few laps. Our kids never knew we only saw them that last lap around. ;)

Carlaya was a "Spanish Princess" this year- her choice!

For the School carnival the week before, Noah was a Blue Man from Blue Man Group. I hate that we didn't get a single picture of him! It was awesome! Unfortunately, he had a change of mind and chose an old caveman dress up we have laying around, for the costume parade. It was easy and more convenient that all the makeup and blue hair spray.
Next, we got to join the kids in their classes for their parties. They are on opposite sides of the school and that made it hard trying to be apart of both classes. We jumped back and forth- doing the best we could.
Here: Noah is acting the scary story along with his teacher. He had the funniest facial expressions for the entire thing!

Carlaya had a major sugar fest in her class. She was having so much fun with her friends, she didn't notice us sneak out to watch Noah in his classroom. :)
