Jonathan started this job in Sept. 2007 when World Market #3 finished up. He worked on it alone and went at his pace. He loved it. But he got done ahead of schedule and they weren't ready for him to move on.
He spent the last several months working at, then running the Cosmo Project (downtown right next to Citi Center) It has unfortunately came to a screeching hault because of developer and owner problems. (I'm sure $$ problems too)
Lukcy for him, Lou Ruvo was just about ready for him to start up. So he went straight from one to the other. He was also able to take ONE LUCKY APPRENTICE with him. So for now- he is working, and loving the job he's on. We feel very fortunate.
He thinks he's some big dog......
He has to have the plans for this job on a laptop because they are so complex and twisted that it just can't be done on paper. Imagine trying to run pipe up walls that twist and turn. Jonathan is finding it very complex and frustrating, but exciting at the same time.

That's probably fun for him because he has to think harder about it instead of the same old same old. It looks like it will be a pretty cool building!
