HELP!!

I am so tired of my cooking. I am tired of having the same things over and over. The biggest problem is that I am PICKY! I mean really PICKY! So I can't just pick something out of a cookbook, because the few times I have tried to make something new, it has bommed- totally not good and I won't eat it (nor will the kids and Jonathan will only TRY it)and sooooo it goes to waste. Plus I won't make something if I don't know what it is. So I really only look through my cookbooks with pictures. I need to see what I am making to know if I'll even eat it!
I don't eat much meat at all, but poor Jonathan would definetly like more. Also we LOVE pasta, AND VEGGIES!! However neither of us eat anything oriental/asian OR anything seafood. (jon has a few exceptions) We have exhausted every chicken and pasta/ rice recipe we have and of course worn out the basics! ie: spaghetti, tacos, pizza , lamo caseroles, breakfast for dinner, enchiladas, lasange, manicotti, and many other plain mormon meals we both grew up with.
We need some ideas.....but keep in mind that I am picky! Some of you know just how picky and what I would or wouldn't eat. But if you have a really good dinner....that could be considered NORMAL :), then please pass the recipe on!!!
I WOULD LOVE SOME NEW CROCKPOT RECIPES!!
Please oh please help us out of our boring food rut! Feel free to email me some recipes: lv_camille@yahoo.com

I make this one in my crockpot all the time. It's Matt's favorite!
pour in 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup water, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, 4 chicken breasts, and sprinkle one package of Good Seasons Italian seasoning. Cook on high 4-6 hours, and serve over steamed rice or noodles. It is gooood!
