So Saturday night while headed to Panaca to see my family......I was jammin' along the highway and right at 8:30 pm, a stupid deer ran right up out of no where from the LEFT side of the road and I slammed into it so hard. I was going at least 70 mph when I hit it and didn't even have a chance to break....until 1/2 second after at least. I locked up the brakes and swerved off the road and man was I suprised when I saw the damage!! I have never seen a deer do that much damage! You'd think that I had hit a wild horse! It was pretty shady to drive but I was only 45 minutes from home, so I just took it easy at 55 mph- because me seat belt was inoperable and so were the airbags (but they didn't deploy). The seat belt left me with a giant bruise on my hip when it locked up! But other than that, the kids and
I were ok.
For those of your wondering.....YES, the deer is dead....very very DEAD! LOL

that sucks so bad! preston is always paranoid of the horses up there. Glad youre ok. I would have been really shook up.
