Ok, so our little girl, Gentry is not coming home this week. :(
With her mild fever earlier this week, they started anti-biotics for 2-3 days as a precautionary. However, even after her blood test results showed no real infection, the doctor has decided to run them for the full 7 days in case. That would put us at Monday....at the soonest. I asked if that meant she might be coming home in the beginning of the week, the nurse laughed and said she had no clue, too hard to say. There is NO other issues keeping her there at this point though, so once the anti-biotics are done, there should be no reason to keep her. I would say, Monday at the soonest, Wednesday at the latest. After all, Wednesday the 12th IS her due date.
