We pulled into Little Rock, Arkansas on the very late evening of Day 2. (approximately 2 AM) While heading out of the city the next morning (DAY 3) I took a picture of this gorgeous church. I can't remember what church it was, but at first I thought it was some kind of goverment building. During the drive out on the highway, we kept seeing lumps of some kind of road kill all along the road. I kept thinking maybe it was possum if they are even in that part, but shortly I started to notice something else. Something with rings on its body! I knew it must be an Armadillo! I had never seen one before, surely we must stop and take a pic, even if it is dead. LOL It was quite the site. Lucky for you I am showing the good pic. (the other side is a bit more grewsome) Anyway, that afternoon we passed into Oklahoma but since I was driving I couldn't get to my camera in time, Doug got a pic, but I got one later of the sign that has their centential celebration on it. This last pic is the skyline for Oklahoma City. We were short on time, but we decided to stop and see the Oklahoma city boming memorial (since we may never be vacationing in OK again).

That is a beautiful church. I thought it was a government building until I read your caption.
